Private use
SWP Hermes Encrypted Backup is a private administrative utility for its operator. It is not offered as a public product or service, and no third party is granted a right to use it.
Authorized operation
The Utility may be used only with Google accounts and Drive folders for which the operator has valid authorization. Access must not be used to inspect, modify, or delete unrelated Google Drive content.
No warranty
The Utility is operated for internal purposes and is provided without a public warranty or service commitment. The operator remains responsible for retaining the private recovery key and periodically testing disaster recovery.
Google Drive is a third-party service governed by Google's own terms and policies. This Utility is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google.
